Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are damaged due to customer handling, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Customized or made-to-order products
Exchange Policy
- If you received a wrong size, color, or product, we will happily exchange it for the correct one.

Return Process
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
- If the error is on our end, we will bear all shipping costs.
