Eligibility for Returns

  1. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  3. Items that are damaged due to customer handling, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  2. Discounted or sale items
  3. Customized or made-to-order products

Exchange Policy

  1. If you received a wrong size, color, or product, we will happily exchange it for the correct one.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Shipping Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
  2. If the error is on our end, we will bear all shipping costs.
